Kristin has been working with us for seven years now with a couple of breaks and is slowly working her way through the system to get her unlimited leave to remain in the UK.  A couple of years ago she managed to get an extension to her stay and has just had to take her nationality test.

This did cause her and Mark some sleepless nights, especially after they started to read the book.  Lots of us here were keen to help so we’ve been reading the book for her and then asking the most obscure questions we can!  The course takes people through many aspects of British life from the political system to many cultural aspects of what makes us what we are.  The scary thing really was how many of us didn’t know all that many of the answers.

The good news is that Kristin passed her test, well done and it shows how all the hard work she put in has paid off.  Next time any of you see Kristin just ask her how many MPs we have, how many MEPs there are and when the UK constitution was written!
